Women’s Ministry Event – The Table

Various evenings June 4th – 15th

A time for women of GEBC to gather together over a shared meal and enjoy deeper conversation with one another.

We hope participants of The Table will meet more women from the church and connect on faith and heart levels by sharing a meal together. There are several Table times for you to pick from during the first two weeks of June. Our prayer is that each Table gathering will be spiritually and relationally nourishing for those who participate.

Find out more and sign-up online by following the link below. Each dinner is limited to 6 participants.  If you have any questions, feel free to contact Erin Christner (echristner@gebible.org).

Women’s Ministry Event – Summer Bible Study

Thursday Evenings Beginning June 7th – 7:00-8:30pm

Join us (and invite your friends) as we study and creatively engage with the story of Esther in Esther: Finding Yourself in Times of Trouble.

Get to know Esther, the unlikely queen of Persia who found her voice in a time of crisis. Esther: Finding Yourself in Times of Trouble incorporates beautiful illustrations, coloring, the text of The Message, and a mix of study and reflection questions to help you understand both the text of the Bible and your own connection to Esther’s story.

This is a five-week study that meets on Thursdays starting June 7 from 7  8:30pm. You can expect fellowship, coloring, insights into God’s word, and discussion. Cost is $10 and covers the price of the book.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact Erin Christner (echristner@gebible.org).

Winter/Spring 2018 Study: The Armor of God by Priscilla Shirer

Tuesdays January 16th – May 15th

Every day, an invisible war rages around you — unseen, unheard, yet felt throughout every aspect of your life. A devoted, devilish enemy seeks to wreak havoc on everything that matters to you: your heart, your mind, your marriage, your children, your relationships, your resilience, your dreams, your destiny. The Armor of God, more than merely a biblical description of the believer’s inventory, is an action plan for putting it on and developing a personalized strategy to secure victory. Join us as we walk through Ephesians 6 and learn how to put on the full armor of God.
